In this study a grid of towers of soon to be obsolete phoneboots, is projected on the site of the city center of The Hague, right where the Richard Meyer townhall was build. In this grid one can find an imense climbing wall with accessebillity (with ramps), some trees to hide an awful building and some squares. This cityscape is sealed of from the day-to-day city life with rumble blocks. A gate of casco housing is providing the entry of the site.
